Built an end-to-end recruitment portal for Communix, a BPO company, to streamline call-center hiring. The platform covers the full applicant journey and the internal ops side used by HR and super admins.

Applicant experience

Applicants complete a guided multi-step flow:

  • Personal and background information with resume upload
  • Service readiness assessment
  • Typing speed test
  • Voice sample recording and AI scoring
  • Real-time application status tracking

    • Progress is autosaved so candidates can continue at their own pace.

    HR & admin tools

  • HR dashboard for reviewing applicants, scores, voice samples, and pipeline status
  • Super-admin controls for managing HR accounts and system oversight
  • Role-based access so applicants, HR, and admins each see only what they need
